POWER HOUR is NOT Spinning. These classes are designed for the cyclist or triathlete who wants to increase their fitness and power on the bike. Have fun getting fitter and faster in a climate controlled, safe, social environment. Plus, your instructor is there to assist you in your training!

$25 each single 1 hour session
$18.75 per session with 8-week PIG BLOCK 1x/week (class makeups allowed in the block)
$16.88 per session with the 8-week PIG BLOCK 2x/week (class makeups allowed in the block)
