POWER HOUR is NOT Spinning. These classes are designed for the cyclist or triathlete (beginner through pro) who wants to increase their fitness and power on the bike. Have fun getting fitter and faster in a climate controlled, safe, social environment. Plus, your coach is there to kick your butt!
