Each 8-week program is designed by Coach Brian and programmed for maximal power gain and long term fitness improvements.
Week 1: Power Threshold Test. We find your power baseline.
Weeks 2-7: Programmed sessions led by certified coaches with intensity based on your personal threshold power.
Week 8: Power Threshold Test. You see improvement. You smile.
Once a week options, punch cards, monthly pass, and daily walk-in options are available.
